Service Description

WedInMex provides wedding planning and coordination services for destination weddings in various locations including Mexico, Italy, the Netherlands, and other destinations. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Venue sourcing and booking
• Vendor coordination (photographers, caterers, florists, etc.)
• Event planning and design consultation
• Day-of coordination
• Travel and accommodation assistance

Service Agreements

Specific services will be outlined in a separate service agreement or contract between you and WedInMex. These Terms are in addition to, and do not replace, any specific service agreements. In the event of a conflict, the specific service agreement will govern.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are subject to change without notice. However, if you have entered into a specific service agreement, the pricing outlined in that agreement will be honored.

• Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement
• A deposit may be required to secure our services and vendor bookings
• All payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and currency conversion charges

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies will be specified in your service agreement. Generally:

• Deposits are typically non-refundable once vendors have been booked
• Cancellations must be made in writing
• Refund amounts depend on the timing of cancellation and vendor policies
• We will make reasonable efforts to minimize your losses in case of cancellation

Intellectual Property Rights

• WedInMex acts as a coordinator and is not liable for vendor performance

• Disputes with vendors should be resolved directly with the vendor

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WedInMex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our website
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our website by any third party
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through our website
• The conduct or actions of third-party vendors or service providers

In no event shall WedInMex's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you to WedInMex in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our website shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mexico, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any service agreements you enter into with WedInMex, constitute the entire agreement between you and WedInMex regarding the use of our website and services, superseding any prior agreements between you and WedInMex relating to your use of the website.
